Autumn Nature

Our rivers, lakes and natural waterways are a haven for native animals, birdlife and unique flora. The bright, clear days of autumn are the perfect backdrop for kayaks, cycles and walking boots. Our many forest, river and town trails reveal nature in all its glory in autumn – the dappled morning and afternoon light perfect for taking photos that you’ll enjoy for a lifetime.

Cruise the river and Lake Mulwala, cast a line at any of hundreds of spots along the Murray, Lake Mulwala, Broken Creek, Goulburn River and many more secret spots, or play a round at one of our spectacular golf courses. You could literally play a new hole every day – all autumn long – in the Sun Country.

When you’re out on the road exploring our region, look out for the striking sight of the fruit trees, ablaze with golds, reds and browns as autumn take hold in the orchards around Cobram.
