Quondong Quarters is a well established home on the foreshore in Mulwala’s Lang Street. This two bedroom, two bathroom property is perfect for two families! Upon arrival, the beautiful extensive lawns and lush gardens are inviting you to find a book and a glass of wine and simply unwind under the shade of the enormous gum tree (maybe the perfect location for an intimate garden wedding?) and watch the resident bird life. The outdoor al fresco and barbecue area offers plenty of coverage and views of the water, making them suitable to relax in all weather. With its own jetty, and lawns right to the water’s edge, water-skiers, fishermen and families will find this to be the ideal spot. Please note the property, while two storey, has its own private entrance for downstairs into your accommodation (upstairs is closed and vacant throughout your stay). Guests do not have access through the garage, therefore cannot access the boat ramp, they suggest the local public boat ramp a short drive away and moor the boat at the property’s jetty.
