A beautifully-restored Californian Bungalow, with lots of heritage detail yet with all the modern conveniences and a special location.

There is three queen size bedrooms, each with their own ensuite, and one with its own balcony and lake views. There's two separate living areas (one with balcony and lake views) and a formal lounge room and dining room. A chef's kitchen with all modern appliances.

Split system heating/cooling throughout plus two gas log fires in the formal areas for comfort in all seasons.

An entertaining deck with a gas barbecue and firepit. A double car lockup garage and two off-street carparks.

Whilst the house is just fantastic, it's its location which just can't be surpassed. It's only a short walk to the main street (for coffee or meal etc) but an even shorter walk to the foreshore, playgrounds, the splash-park and parkland.
