The wine is sourced only from the vineyard from selected handpicked bunches using wild yeast, gentle handling, unfiltered, low intervention wine making techniques. Gayle focuses on expressing the season, the variety and the select areas of the vineyard, to make hand crafted wines that reflect a sense of place and season.
The cellar door experience is set within the winery, where you can taste our wines surrounded by the ambiance of the wines maturing in the best french oak barrels, looking out over the vineyard from where it all starts. We also have an outdoor area that looks out onto the vineyard.
The winery is open Saturday and all other days by appointment, which can be made by phoning or texting to 0428585348. Cheese platters are also available but must be booked in advance. When we are in the Winery our mobile reception is not the greatest so if you could allow us a few hours in order to respond that would be great.
