The pet-friendly townhouse is away from the road with private access and a fully enclosed yard. It is more minimal in décor than the executive to help keep clutter from getting in your pets’ way. The park at the rear is perfect to give your pet some exercise and is accessed by a private gate.

It boasts spacious light-filled rooms with an ensuite and a main bathroom. Separate makeup area and second toilet. The kitchen is modern and equipped for self-catering, a laundry with washing machine and steel trough if you need to wash your pet. Enjoy the sunset that often can be viewed whilst cooking in the kitchen or on the barbecue.

A double secure garage with plenty of room for the truck, boat, pet trailer or motorbike. Short walk to the Mildura Golf Club and a large children's playground.
