Welcome to the Swan Hill Region, a bustling agricultural hub, with Swan Hill city at its centre.
Just three and a half hours north-west of Melbrourne and five and a half hours from Adelaide, the Swan Hill region is renowned for its Murray River location, fresh local produce, epic landscapes, Australian native wildlife and Aboriginal heritage.
The region runs alongside the majestic Murray river for nearly 200 kilometres and features changing landscapes, thriving farms, and historic townships like Lake Boga, Nyah/Nyah West, Woorinen and the regional centre of Robinvale.
The original custodians of the lands are the Latji Latji, Wemba Wemba, Barapa Barapa and the Wadi Wadi Nations. Their strong cultural connection to the land, and their contribution to our diverse community, continues to this day.
