'WIN A GETAWAY' Competition T&Cs

1. This promotion is open to Australian residents.

2. Entrants must be 18 years or over.

3. Prize details: Prize consists of:

1 x One night stay in a family cabin at BIG4 Deniliquin Holiday Park.
1 x Family pass granting entry into The Depot Historic Collection.

4. Registration details: In order to qualify for this competition, entrants must register via the @visitdeni Facebook page and answer the question: "What's the #1 thing you look for in a family holiday destination?". Registrations open Tuesday 9 November 2021 and close Tuesday 30 November 2021. Any entries submitted before or after that time will not be eligible.

5. Accommodation prize details: The winner can redeem their accommodation prize up until 31 December 2022, however the following conditions do apply:

Please note, peak restrictions will apply and subject to availability
Not available during all school holidays, Easter, Melbourne Cup weekend, Ute Muster weekend
Any other public holiday long weekends
Any deemed special events by the park

6. Only registered entrants who take part in the competition are eligible to win. The winner will be selected by random.

7. The winner will be notified via social media. The winner must confirm acceptance of this prize within 1 week, otherwise it will be awarded to another entrant. The name of the winner may be published on @visitdeni on Instagram or Facebook and may be used in other marketing emails.

8. We accept no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from computer malfunction, viruses, bugs or telephone malfunction or other such causes.

9. The competition prize is final. No cash alternative will be offered.

10. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Visit Deni reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value should the specified prize become unavailable.

11. Visit Deni reserve the right to cancel or amend without notice the terms of this promotion and any prize issued in the event of major catastrophe or any actual or anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other circumstance beyond the Visit Deni’s control.

12. Visit Deni cannot be held liable for any failure by third parties to fulfil their obligations or for any acts or omissions outside their control. However, Visit Deni will endeavour to minimise the effect of any such failure.

13. By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules. All entry instructions form part of the rules. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in a forfeit of the prize.
