Located out the Lalbert Road about 1.5 kilometres out of the township, Lakeside Golf Club is open from the end of March through to mid-September.
The course has a picturesque layout with fairways undulating around the mostly dry golf course; the fairways rely upon winter rainfall for grass growth.
Visitors and Green fee players can enjoy the facilities at any time during the opening months.
Competition days are Wednesday mornings for ladies and Sunday afternoons for anybody.
