The hill's many scenic viewpoints make it an ideal spot to experience rare flora and fauna, and it is also home to the yearly Nail Can Hill Wildflower Walk, which started in 2011.

Access to the hill is through the main car park on Range Road. For more information and a map, please refer to Albury's Tracks and Trails Guide or the Albury Wodonga Official Visitors Guide.
