The McLean family has been creating award-winning wines at their St Anne’s vineyards for more than 40 years. Spread across wine regions in NSW and Victoria, they produce crisp whites, such as sauvignon blanc, pinot gris and chardonnay; bold reds such as merlot, cabernet sauvignon and shiraz; sweet moscato; and even fortified wine.
St Anne’s Moama winery is in the heart of the Perricoota wine region. Set amid the vines and overlooking the lake, the cellar door was built using a traditional rammed-earth technique and is surrounded by sprawling lawns. St Anne’s has a strong commitment to sustainability, using organic cultivation practices and allowing sheep to roam the vineyards to reduce weeds.
