About

Opening in 2003, The Great Aussie Beer Shed and Heritage Farm Museum in Echuca is a unique tourist attraction featuring over 20,000 beer cans and related memorabilia like tap tops, barrels, and signs.
The museum also displays iconic Australian products, such as old petrol bowsers, washing machines, and a partially restored WW1 cannon. Owner Neil Thomas, who has collected these items for over 45 years, offers guided tours.
In 2012, the Heritage Farm Museum was added, showcasing late 1800s farming equipment, including Furphy farm water carts and a blacksmith workshop. The Beer Stein and Horse Drawn Carriage Museum opened in 2017, featuring 4000 beer steins and historic carriages. Recently, Jack's Shed Car Museum was added, displaying vintage and classic cars.

After the tour, visitors can relax in the indoor function centre and enjoy a beer.
