Zanker’s Farm is a family operated organic and regenerative farm, just 20 minutes north of Shepparton, Victoria. Focused on healing the land through regenerative practises, which includes the careful management of animals. The pigs, cows, ducks and chickens are frequently moved to fresh pasture.
The fresh flavour and quality of the produce is distinctly noticeable. Zanker's Farm has all your favourite cuts of organic beef and pork to choose from, cryovacked and frozen. The butcher uses a simple old fashioned recipe for the beef and pork sausages, which are gluten free. The bacon tastes amazing and is nitrate free. Fresh chicken and duck eggs are available daily too.
Zanker's Farm also specializes in growing certified biodynamic garlic, using no till methods. You can purchase fresh garlic (when in season) or be adventurous with the new product called black garlic paste. The flavour of black garlic as an ingredient in your pantry is very versatile and soo tasty. There are many health benefits linked to black garlic, including immune, heart and brain function.
