Murray Downs - Swan Hill

Murray Downs is a destination renowned for its country and community lifestyle. Just a short drive across the famous and historic lift bridge to Swan Hill, it has plenty of activities and nearby attractions to accommodate and entertain the whole family.

When visiting this well-known village you will discover a hidden side to the region; secluded, intimate surrounds with an offering of a luxurious getaway.

Murray Downs was formerly part of the Murray Downs Station settled in 1839, an area once the largest river frontage property along the banks of the Murray River.

The original Murray Downs Homestead, built in 1870, is a gracious Victorian mansion that is now a private residence. Stunning views of this heritage-listed homestead can be seen from the river, and is best experienced on board a Murray River cruise.
